Surface Preparation to Specification
Coating manufacturers write their warranties around surface preparation, and so do we. Depending on the specification and the service environment, we prepare to the required SSPC standard — up to SSPC-SP 5 / NACE No. 1 white metal for immersion service — using the method that fits the substrate, the site, and the containment requirements.
- Modern sandblasting — SSPC-grade preparation on steel and concrete

- Dry ice blasting — where no secondary waste is acceptable
Coating Removal & Building Surface Preparation
Failed or unwanted coatings come off buildings, structural steel, and masonry at whatever scale the job needs. We work from lifts, swing stages, scaffold, and ladders, contain the site, and hand back a surface ready to recoat.
Flake Flooring
Broadcast flake flooring for treatment plant labs, process areas, chemical rooms, and equipment spaces. A seamless, chemically resistant floor that cleans easily, hides wear, and holds up to the traffic and washdown these rooms take. The flake also breaks up glare and gives the floor slip resistance underfoot.

We Work From the Specification
We coat in the specified system. When an equivalent substitution is needed, we identify one and document it for the engineer’s approval rather than quietly deviating. We handle submittals and coordinate inspection hold points. If you do not have a paint specification for your project, we partner with paint manufacturer technical service representatives to ensure a solution that meets both your environmental and budget requirements.
